import java.time.ZoneId;
import java.time.ZoneOffset;

        LocalDateTime localDateTime = LocalDateTime.now();
        System.out.println(localDateTime);

        ZoneId zoneId = ZoneId.systemDefault();

        System.out.println(zoneOffSet);
