2. Making a Request
When you type a website name like www.google.com, your device sends a "request." Websites aren't actually inside your phone; they live on powerful computers called Servers.
3. Finding the Address (DNS)
Computers don't use names; they use numbers called IP Addresses. A DNS (Domain Name System) acts like a phonebook, turning the website name you typed into the correct IP address so your device knows exactly where to go.
4. Data Packets
Once the server is found, it sends the website data back to you. However, it doesn't send it all at once! The data is broken into tiny pieces called Packets. These packets travel through cables and satellites to reach you.
